Just proved that about 47 is the extreme FG limit. Outside the 30 go for it.

If it weren't for bad luck there would be no luck at all...
Did the announcer just say our kickers previous career long before coming here was 24 yards??? If so, why in the absolute hell did anyone waste 5 minutes recruiting this kid?
So, will the 3rd quartet Dawgs take the field or will we be aggressive and try to score?
Well, I did predict the DAWGS to win by a score of 31-24. So...........that is still a possibility.;)
Well, we should focus on running the ball, eating clock, and scoring some points....but skippy will most likely try to throw the ball to our inept receiving core, turn the ball over on downs and let LSU embarrass us.
I think what makes me the maddest about these games is the fact that we have an opportunity, on the big stage, to show that we're more than "little ole Tech."
But we always, consistently, make the most egregious and horrendous mistakes that we possibly can, shooting ourselves in the foot over and over and over until the adults have mercy on us.
And then the lsu-fan "Tech" grads shrug and go back to their puke and piss. The moment is lost. We will never overcome our own mediocrity.

I've only seen Holtz a few times, but it seems he's coaching this as a very intense and glorified practice rather than as a game.
I don't think Skippy prepared these guys for this game! They had a buy week and this is what they have to show for it? Puleeezzzze
I wanna see the Dawgs play football. Think we can do that for 30 minutes?
The good news is.....this is NOT a beat down. LA Tech's players are just as physical as LSU's. It's just that our WR's haven't been able to hold onto the football.
Blake LaRussa, ODU QB, threw for 495 yards and 4 td's against #13 Virginia Tech. Oh, yea....and ran for a TD. He was poised and accurate...and he was the backup QB to start the year, I believe.
But...kudos to Dancy. He's playing hard.
