Started building an AR this week. Got everything I need except a barrel and a bolt carrier group. Any of you guys ever seated a barrel in an AR?
I haven't but my friend builds on the side for play money. Built a ton of AR's over the years. If you need help I can always direct you to him.
If anyone is looking in the concealed carry market, I love my ruger sr40c and my desantis pro stealth holster. Just my .02
I bought a Ruger LCP for concealed carry but have not gotten the time to shoot it. Plus finding FMJ bullets for a 380 takes an act of Congress.

I also bought my wife a Taurus TCP that's pink. I don't like it near as much as my LCP but it has a locking mechanism on it which my wife likes
My office is on the 13th floor across the river from Bossier Bass Pro. Every morning around 8:30 we pick up the binoculars and look at the # on the side of the delivery trailer parked in the loading dock. If it's different that what has been parked there, we go stand in line for the doors to open and get our 10 boxes of ammo.Quote:

That's what I call dedication!! I'm not so lucky here in Winnsboro. It's walmart at 730 and only three boxes or nothing. Then it's almost always tullammo when they do have anything. I'm loaded for bare with .40, 223 and 22 but this was my first 380 so I started with nothing. Oh, well. That's part of it.
I will check my safe and see what I can let go of if you are interested. Hell, I have ammo for calibers I don't even own...lolQuote:

Picked up a Mosin-Nagant last week. Fired it this weekend, and it fired like a dream. Lots of people are picking them up for hunting right now, but mine was just to add to the collection.
