DOLPHINS required to stand...
What's the old saying - "Give idiots enough rope and they will hang themselves..."
I will not watch again until the NFL requires them to stand. Of course to be quite honest, I haven't watched in so long I may not watch again. I have found other things to do rather than watch. I think they may find it hard to get former fans back once they decide to take action. The Miami owner hedged it too- he is allowing players to stand in the tunnel until the national anthem is over- what a loser!
Yeah, they ticked me off, I quit watching, and I don't miss it much.
I don't miss it at all!! I'm watching college football instead.. Tape a few games and watch them on Sunday...
ESPN has to be suffering more than the rest of the NFL providers. They were in bad shape back in the Winter when they made all cuts. They continue to be "in yo face" with the socialist liberal stance they represent. How long will Disney just watch the train wreck?
At this point I'll listen to Dave and Teddy rather than watch anything Tech on an ESPN affiliate...including a still possible bowl game.
The liberal media are rushing to proclaim that the drastic drop in NFL ratings and ESPN ratings has nothing to do with the players' protests or ESPN's politics. It is all about cord cutting, they say.
How long will it be before CFB is caught up in some stupid controversy?
As for the NFL for now...we need an organized boycott of sponsors. If it gains enough backing, a real boycott won't even have to take place. The sponsors will holler and the NFL will cave, because money talks and everything else is just BS. (especially all this silly libtard crap!)
Interesting read.

College football will avoid the anthem protest because the players aren’t on the field. However, the spillover effect of the NFL onto college football would be interesting to see. What would happen to college football if anthem protestors could successfully kill the NFL?
NFL games are pretty exciting this year. Seemed a little lackluster last year, but this season has had some good moments.
Of course, I'm not offended by what the players choose to do. For a nation of Baptists and assorted evangelicals who rebelled against the liturgical structure of the Catholic church, everyone sure has strong opinions on appropriate physical liturgical posture.
