I guess we probably won't see you making many comments tomorrow.:icon_wink:

No languages this semester (probably a mistake), so no translation tomorrow. But, I may get knee deep in a philosophy text-book. I'll see if I can peel myself away from that excitement to build a snow-person and post a thing or two.
:D

The food was well priced and above average and the races were well done. There was enough time between each race to both try and understand the odds on each dog and talk to the female I was escorting.
Those dogs were incredible fast, but it seems to me that whichever dog wins the first turn is the most likely to win the race (there were some exceptions).
Also, before every race, there was a miniature parade of the dogs to the box. As the dogs were walking to the parade spot, every single one of them took a dump. Why don't they let the dogs do that before they parade them out in front of all of the spectators?
Never put money on a dog that doesn't void immediately prior to the race.

Wanted to countdown to a sport/game that we'd actually compete in and win. It's been this way for almost 2 months.

Partly. Has also become part superstition in some regions.

Pay attention to what he was arrested for. If someone else can explain how this is possible, feel free.

YOU'RE OVERRATED~! Are you just now trying to pick up the show with this season?
Seriously though, Lost isn't The Wire, but its the best thing OTHER THAN The Wire.
Re: Comments That Don't Warrant A Thread
Yawn.
All I'm saying is that after years of everyone telling me that just one episode and I would be hooked for life, when I finally watched a couple I could take it or leave it. I don't think it is crap or anything, but I'd just as soon sit through any of the hospital shows, cop shows, lawyer shows, or whatever else. If it is on, I can be in the room (my wife has started watching it), but I'm not going to make any effort to not miss it.
And I knew I could set some folks off with that comment. :)

My girlfriend is so far out of my league it's not even funny.

i never told you that. i would definitely be considerably less interested in it if i had not been watching from the beginning. it's still the best thing on tv.
