Thanks for posting, Russdawg, Dirtydawg, Bolter Blue, and Dwayne From Minden. I heard Dwayne isn't in Minden anymore. Any truth to that?

August 21: sure looking forward to the luncheon today in Bossier with our AD and head football coach. It's been a FAST summer, tickled that TECH FOOTBALL IS HERE!! Scheduling Auburn in late Sept 2014 is a great option for me next year. Definitely could catch that game on the way up for a week in the Smokies. Still hoping for a mid-Oct to November road game with a CUSA opponent though. Gotta keep this thread going!! GO DAWGS!!!!!

It is in Snook Texas not far from College Station. They also have some really good Jalapeño smoked sausage from that town.

How could I forget Snook? I had seen this on The Travel Channel I believe and they were doing a show on "chicken fried".
