More of the deep state.
State Department provided 'clearly false' statements, 'shocked' fed judge says
State Department: Clinton surrenders security clearance
Hillary Clinton's top security clearance is withdrawn in wake of email investigation.
In a combative exchange at a hearing Friday in Washington, D.C., a federal judge unabashedly accused career State Department officials of lying and signing "clearly false" affidavits to derail a series of lawsuits seeking information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server and her handling of the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth said he was "shocked" and "dumbfounded" when he learned that FBI had granted immunity to former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Millsduring its investigation into the use of Clinton's server, according to a court transcript of his remarks.
"I had myself found that Cheryl Mills had committed perjury and lied under oath in a published opinion I had issued in a Judicial Watch case where I found her unworthy of belief, and I was quite shocked to find out she had been given immunity in — by the Justice Department in the Hillary Clinton email case," Lamberth said during Friday's hearing.
The Department of Justice's Inspector General (IG), Michael Horowitz, noted in a bombshell report in June that it was "inconsistent with typical investigative strategy" for the FBI to allow Mills to sit in during the agency's interview of Clinton during the email probe, given that classified information traveled through Mills' personal email account. "[T]here are serious potential ramifications when one witness attends another witness' interview," the IG wrote.

Absolutely! probably by Soros. It isn't a coincidence that the very first "package" arrived at his compound first. He wanted to portray himself as a victim of some plot, to win some sympathy, and he wanted to divert attention away from himself as the source of the mailings. So, he included himself, knowing most people, stupid people, would say, "No way! Soros is not behind this, he was targeted too!" Nope. Soros knew full well none of the packages would reach the "intended" targets.
But, I am so tired of the coverage. Move on! Damn FOX is dedicating 24/7 coverage to it. Same info over and over again.
Meanwhile, in real news...Midterms voting has started and already the dems have been caught cheating; the invasion is falling apart, half the slimy invaders have given up, taken their paycheck from Soros, and are headed home. Home? Back to Honduras, where just the other day it was so dangerous these people feared for their lives? And the stock market has backed up as investors take profits, and now sit on the cash waiting to see the results of the midterms.

While technically possible, I highly doubt it. Whoever did it is clearly deranged because it won't help their cause.
If it's a right winger, it already looks bad for them and plays into the narrative of violent extremists and Trump encouraging violence.
If it's a left winger ("false flag") and they catch the person it's another in a long list of hoax "hate" crimes and plays into the TDS narrative.
If the person is not caught before the election, I suppose there is some benefit to the democrats, but it's a steep price to pay.
It's amazing that none of the devices have actually gone off even accidentally. It will be interesting to find out more details if they ever release them.

Just like the black USAFA Cadet planting racist memos and letters around campus and then yelling racism this year.
Besides, the Clintons and the left always plan and plant lying crap like this for their own CYA purpose. And the FBI and CIA (even Russian's) methods used are similar (i.e..disinformation).
But we shall see as either way or side of this is sick!

Hopefully, we'll have actual competent FBI and ATF agents investigating this and we'll get to the bottom of it.

Two conspiracy theories....
1). Cesar Sayoc, the "mad bomber" worked at the same strip club in Florida as Stormy Daniels. That's a fact. Now, some are alleging it was because of that association Sayoc was recruited by the "creepy lawyer" and Soros and the Deep State to agree to be the "fall guy" in this fake bomb scheme.
2) "Whitey" Bulger was murdered in prison, and the killer had just been moved from an out-of-state prison to where Bulger was. Everything about the transfer was unusual, though not necessarily unprecedented. Both Bulger and the killer have (had) connections to Robert Mueller. Conspiracy theorists are claiming Bulger, in declining health, and age, was about to spill the beans on the FBI, and on Mueller, so he was murdered to silence him. Very Klinton-like!
As I said, these are your typical conspiracy theories, rooted in some truths, with some "poetic license" taken to connect the dots. Usually such claims do have a measure of truth to them. Given what we know about the Deep State, especially Soros, the "creepy lawyer," and Mueller, these theories are not only possible, but plausible. Doesn't make them true! just plausible.

Stormy Daniels has worked in just about every strip club in the country. She tours, so if you ever worked in a strip club at all there is a good chance you worked in one with Stormy. Not to mention a temporary gig doesn't really equate with "working together".

Six weeks at the same club. That's enough time for introductions to be made, plots hatched. But, as I said, these are just good ole conspiracy theories.

JUDGE ORDERS NEW REVIEW OF CLINTON EMAIL SCANDAL
Charges 'Deep State' with trying to 'hoodwink' his court
Published: 4 hours ago
A federal judge has issued a scathing decision that orders a new review of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private and unsecure email system for classified information while she was secretary of state.
The ruling from Judge Royce Lamberth comes in a case brought by Washington Watchdog Judicial Watch to obtain information regarding the terror attack on an U.S. outpost in Benghazi that left four Americans dead.
The ruling instructs the Departments of State and Justice to work with Judicial Watch on a proposed schedule for discovery into whether Clinton tried to evade the Freedom of Information Act.
It also must be determined whether the State Department acted in “bad faith.”
Calling Clinton’s use of that private email one of “the gravest modern offenses to government transparency,” the judge placed blamed on federal bureaucrats under President Obama, saying his State and Justice Departments “fell far short.”
“So far short that the court questions, even now, whether they are acting in good faith,” he said. “Did Hillary Clinton use her private email as secretary of state to thwart this lofty goal (Obama’s ‘transparency’)? Was the State Department’s attempt to settle this FOIA case in 2014 an effort to avoid searching – and disclosing the existence of – Clinton’s missing emails? And has State every adequately searched for the records in this case?”
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said the “historic court ruling raises concerns about the Hillary Clinton email scandal and government corruption that millions of Americans share.”

Comey doesn't take questions before closed-door interview
Former FBI Director James Comey sits down with House lawmakers to answer questions on the Clinton email investigation and alleged political bias within the agency; chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge reports from Capitol Hill.
Former FBI Director James Comey’s lawyers have prevented him from answering a number of questions during Friday’s closed-door testimony before House lawmakers, according to a lawmaker in the room.
Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., told reporters that some lawmakers have been frustrated with the testimony so far and that Comey didn’t seem upset about being told by his lawyers that he doesn’t have to answer certain questions.
"One of the disappointments of this deposition so far has been the amount of times in which the FBI believes that Congress doesn’t have a right to know," Issa said.
Issa said Comey has two attorneys, including one from the DOJ, who have “instructed” the former FBI director not to answer “a great many questions that are clearly items at the core of our investigation.” Issa said the instructions have been followed with Comey’s “gleeful acceptance.”
"The Department of Justice is going to have to agree to allow him to come back and answer a great many questions that currently he is not answering," Issa said.
Comey, who may publicly speak at some point Friday, initially fought the committee’s subpoena to appear in court but finally forged an agreement to appear. The committee is expected to release a transcript of the interview, perhaps as early as Saturday.
"The details of what's going on in there will remain private until after the deposition," Issa said. "... [T]here is an amazing amount of things that reasonably the public will need to know that the Department of Justice and FBI attorney are guiding him not to answer."
He later told Fox News’ “Outnumbered Overtime” that the questions not being answered generally concerned the Hillary Clinton email probe, surveillance warrants and the anti-Trump dossier.

:furious3: This continues to happen!!
FBI fails to provide docs to panel probing Clinton whistleblower raid
FBI misses deadline to provide docs to Judiciary Committee probing whistleblower raid
The Justice Department and FBI have missed a Wednesday deadline to provide information about the government's mysterious raid on a former FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower's home last month.
Sixteen FBI agents on Nov. 19 raided the home of Dennis Nathan Cain, who reportedly gave the Justice Department's Inspector General (IG) documents related to the Uranium One controversy and potential wrongdoing by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The documents in question allegedly showed that federal officials failed to investigate possible criminal activity related to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, a Russian nuclear company. Its subsidiary purchased Canadian mining company Uranium One in 2013.
OBAMA-ERA URANIUM ONE DEAL: WHAT TO KNOW
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, whose panel has oversight of the Justice Department, penned a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Justice Department IG General Michael Horowitz, requesting information on the justification for the raid. Grassley gave Wray and Horowitz until Dec. 12 to respond to his request.
That deadline has come and gone, and neither the FBI nor DOJ has produced any documents or response.
"We have not yet received answers to the chairman's questions on this matter," a Judiciary Commitee spokesperson told Fox News late Thursday.
The FBI consistently has refused Fox News' request for comment on the whistleblower raid and the Judiciary Committee's requests. On Thursday, an FBI spokesperson told Fox News the agency would respond only to inquiries from the entity that requested the documents -- in this case, the Judiciary Committee.

GREGG JARRETT: Want more proof of FBI corruption? Read this
Dishonesty and corruption are endemic at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The latest proof comes in a New York Times report that the FBI initiated an investigationin May of 2017 into whether President Donald Trump was serving as a covert Russian agent. The accusation itself was ludicrous on its face. But from a legal standpoint, the FBI's probe constituted an egregious abuse of power. The Bureau had no probable cause, no evidence, and no reasonable suspicions. They investigated Trump because they could. They defied the law, ignored or perverted facts, and debased the integrity of a heretofore-respected law enforcement agency.
Why did these rogue officials commit such an outrageous act of malfeasance? In a word, vengeance. Already incensed that Trump had defeated their preferred candidate, Hillary Clinton, they grew furious when the president fired Director James Comey on May 9, 2017. In reaction, they sought retribution. What better way to avenge Comey's firing than to launch a counterintelligence investigation of Trump under the false pretense that he committed treasonous acts for the benefit of the Kremlin and at the direction of President Vladimir Putin. Absent credible proof, information could be manipulated to frame Trump while a compliant media would gobble up the leaks and report the damaging charge. The election results could then be undone when the president was driven from office.
MARK PENN: FBI TRUMP-RUSSIA INVESTIGATION SHOWS DEEP STATE WAS WORSE THAN WE THOUGHT
To readers of my book, "The Russia Hoax: The Illicit Scheme To Clear Hillary Clinton And Frame Donald Trump,” this comes as no surprise. As detailed therein, Comey and his faithful confederates at the Bureau twisted facts and contorted the law to absolve Clinton of all criminal acts she most certainly committed in the mishandling of her classified emails while Secretary of State.
On the same day Comey exonerated Clinton, his FBI was furtively meeting with the author of the fictitious anti-Trump "dossier" funded by Clinton and the Democrats. Although nothing in the phony document was true or ever verified, the FBI used it as a pretext to commence and advance a malicious investigation into whether Trump "colluded" with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election. They also exploited the "dossier" as the basis to gain a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, concealing the truth from the intelligence court and deceiving the judges.
Over the next ten months, the FBI failed to corroborate anything in the "dossier." Bureau agents uncovered no evidence that Trump had somehow conspired or coordinated with Russia to influence the election. Then came the firing of Comey for just cause. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Comey's direct boss, volunteered to author a memorandum recommending his termination for multiple acts of misconduct and serious violations of Justice Department and FBI rules in the Clinton case. Six former Attorneys General and Deputy Attorneys General from different eras and both political parties endorsed his termination. Comey was canned for reasons that were entirely merited and had nothing whatsoever to do with the Russia probe. The president was constitutionally authorized to take such action, which Comey confirmed in a letter to his colleagues at the FBI.
As I noted in my book, "Almost immediately, demands for impeachment of President Trump were heard in the corridors of Congress. The liberal media were crazed with excitement over the prospect that the president had obstructed justice in trying to block the Russian investigation. In truth and in law, neither scenarios were remotely rational."Among those who were aggrieved over Comey's firing was his loyal lieutenant, Andrew McCabe, who became Acting FBI Director, as well as bureau lawyer Lisa Page and her paramour, Peter Strzok, a top counterintelligence agent. Page and Strzok were intimately involved in the "collusion" investigation and were virulently opposed to the president both politically and personally, as evidence by their numerous anti-Trump text messages.
In the eight-day period after Comey's termination, top officials at the FBI decided to take action. They would originate a counterintelligence investigation of Trump for being a foreign agent of Russia. Critically, they had no evidence or even reasonable suspicion to support their operation. They simply despised Trump and chose to misuse their positions of power in an illegal act of reprisal.
Once again, the FBI needed a pretext. They coalesced around the idea that Comey's firing might constitute obstruction of justice if it was intended to stop or impede the original Russian probe. In other words, the president must surely be a Russian agent if it can be shown that he wanted to halt the Russian probe. According to the New York Times, Trump made two comments that served the FBI's improper purpose. They are worth examining.
First, Trump wrote a letter to Comey thanking him for telling him three times that he was not under investigation. Comey later confirmed that he had, in fact, told the president he was not under investigation. Obviously, Trump wanted the American public to learn that he was not personally being investigated for Russian "collusion." Yet, Comey refused to disclose this truth. How this letter can, therefore, be viewed plausibly as obstruction of an investigation is baffling. Trump wanted to promote the truth, not conceal it.
Second, Trump gave an interview to NBC News two days after Comey was dismissed in which he made reference to the Russia investigation. How is this evidence of obstruction? It is not. As I explained in my book, "A rigorous reading of what Trump said confirms that his intent was not to interfere with or end the Russia investigation, but to place someone who was neutral and competent in charge." In fact, Trump told NBC that he might want to lengthen the investigation to get to the bottom of any wrongdoing. This is hardly evidence of a corrupt purpose to interfere in an investigation as the law of obstruction demands.
The FBI's illegitimate decision to begin an investigation of Trump as a Russian agent based on an obstruction premise was a false and fabricated excuse. This is shown by the testimony of McCabe who appeared before the Senate Intelligence committee after Comey was fired. He stated, "There has been no effort to impede our investigation to date." Days later, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein told Congress, "There never has been...any political interference in any matter under my supervision in the Department of Justice." Six days before he was fired, Comey told the Senate Judiciary Committee that no one had told him to stop something for a political reason. "It's not happened in my experience," he said.
Not only did these key people involved in the Russia case affirm that the president never interfered or obstructed, there was no other evidence that Trump was working for the Russians that would have justified the FBI's punitive decision to launch its investigation. Both Comey and Page testified before House investigators that by the time the director was fired and Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed there was no hard evidence of "collusion." The investigation had been running for ten months. Comey admitted, "In fact, when I was fired as director, I still didn't know whether there was anything to it." Nevertheless, top officials at the FBI opened their investigation of Trump in May of 2017 without sufficient evidence and in direct violation of FBI and DOJ regulations. They broke the law. And they did it to depose Trump.
The FBI was not alone in its attempt to remove Trump from office. According to another New York Times story, Rosenstein also sought retribution by proposing to secretly record the president in an attempt to gain some damaging information about him. He allegedly suggested that he and others wear hidden devices to record their conversations with Trump and discussed recruiting Cabinet members to remove him under the Constitution's 25th Amendment. Three top FBI officials confirmed various elements of Rosenstein's efforts to mount the equivalent of a palace coup. The Deputy Attorney General has consistently resisted requests by Congress to question him about his actions.

it seems that El Chapo told the Feds he paid $millions to obummer, Holder, Killary, Pelosi, Reid, et al over the years in exchange for their keeping the border open.
I realize you are joking, but can’t miss the opportunity to remind you all that the witnesses in his trial said they smuggled the drugs in via normal checkpoints, tunnels, airplanes and boats.

So you think tunnels, airplanes and boats are normal checkpoints.

Well, don't be so simpleton on us. You know new high-tech walls with cameras, motion and listening devices, drones etc will be in place with Trump's new wall and border security to protect America and our citizens. But of course, the current old crappola of the liberals wishes doesn't stop much. Especially when the socialist lib Dems. want to flood our streets and neighborhoods with drugs, drug lords, murderers, rapists, thieves and thugs. Not to mention the socialist lib Dems. wanting to drain our pocketbooks to pay these illegals to live here and inflict these crimes.

Won't have to worry about airplanes after the green new deal comes to fruition.
Drugs and crime are certainly a concern, but our welfare state and the willingness of the illegals to assimilate are even bigger issues to me.
Our debt is already at staggering levels, and the push for housing, income and health care as "rights" is being pushed by those that are incapable of analyzing the impact of those "rights" on our long term survival.
Seeing so-called "immigrants" proudly carrying flags of other nations to our border - nations they are supposedly seeking asylum FROM because of persecution - certainly does not fill me with hope that these are the kinds of folks we want here...or that they will be assimilating any time in the immediate future.
I get to pick and choose who comes into my house, and the same right should be afforded the country. We should look for people that want to create wealth, not live off the efforts of others (like attorneys).
-
Re: Another FBI and/or Obama "Deep State" screw-up?
Lol, being a good attorney requires effort. Unfortunately many dealmakers lack the stamina (or effort) to think through all the ways the deal can go wrong and think about how to mitigate such risks - that is where the attorney mixes his or her effort in to add value. Getting rich off of capital doesn’t take nearly as much.

True!
Kind of like when Obama would leave the country, to suck-up to the world's muslim base or pay homage to the world's socialist and commie dictators, we knew there wouldn't be any new stupid arse Executive authorities.

Attempted coup d'etat'!!
2 cabinet officials were ‘ready to support’ 25th Amendment effort, ex-FBI lawyer says
Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz says, if true, the Department of Justice’s discussions to employ the 25th Amendment to oust President Trump amounted to an attempted coup.
Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz on Thursday said the Department of Justice’s discussions to employ the 25th Amendment to oust President Trump-- if true-- amounted to an attempted coup.
Dershowitz appeared on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” to give his take on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s descriptions of Justice Department meetings where he said officials discussed ousting the president.
“If [McCabe’s comments are] true, it is clearly an attempt at a coup d’état,” Dershowitz said.
Evoking the 25th Amendment, Dershowitz added, would be a fundamental misuse of its original purpose. He said it was originally "about Woodrow Wilson having a stroke. It’s about a president being shot and not being able to perform his office."
Dershowitz said any justice official who discussed the 25th Amendment in the context of ousting the president "has committed a grievous offense against the Constitution."
Dershowitz, who authored the book: "The Case Against the Democratic House Impeaching Trump," further argued that using the 25th Amendment to circumvent the impeachment process or an election, "is a despicable act of unconstitutional power grabbing."
McCabe, who was fired from the bureau in March 2018 by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions after it was determined he lied to investigators about a leak, sent shock waves through Washington on Thursday for comments he made during an appearance on CBS News' "60 Minutes."
The excerpts detail the eight days between the firing of former FBI Director James Comey and the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. After Comey’s firing, McCabe was acting director of the FBI.
"These were the eight days from Comey's firing to the point that Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel," Scott Pelley, the '60 Minutes' host said. "And the highest levels of American law enforcement were trying to figure out what to do with the president." He said people involved were "counting noses" and considering who might agree to the idea.

McCabe-Page texts reveal high-level intel meeting after 2016 election
Newly obtained text messages between former Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe and bureau lawyer Lisa Page reveal a high-level meeting among senior intelligence officials was held weeks before President Trump’s inauguration – during a critical period for the Russia probe.
In a Dec. 12, 2016, text reviewed by Fox News, Page wrote to McCabe: "Btw, [Director of National Intelligence James] Clapper told Pete that he was meeting with [CIA Director John] Brennan and Cohen for dinner tonight. Just FYSA [for your situational awareness]."
Within a minute, McCabe replied, "OK."
Cohen is likely then-Deputy CIA Director David Cohen. Pete is a likely reference to Peter Strzok, who played a lead role in the original Russia investigation at the FBI (and with whom Page was having an affair).

Here it comes!!! The liberal traitor rats are about to jump ship eating each other as they commit hari-kari. Watch the video as well!
Clapper : Obama responsible
for Russia-collusion probe
He 'set off a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding'
James Clapper, President Obama’s director of national intelligence, was defending his boss’s legacy when he responded in a CNN interview to President Trump’s claim that the previous administration did nothing about Russian meddling in U.S. elections.
But in the process, he essentially affirmed Obama is responsible for the claims of Trump-Russia collusion that have roiled Washington for two years but were debunked by special counsel Robert Mueller.
“If it weren’t for President Obama, we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set off a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today, notably, special counsel Mueller’s investigation,” Clapper said.
The intelligence community assessment to which he refers addressed Russia meddling in general. And that was the special counsel’s task as well. But it’s clear that Obama officials, including Clapper and CIA Director John Brennan, were promoting the Trump-collusion allegation. And that claim was the focus of Mueller’s probe
Cooper asked Clapper: “The 2017 assessment that the President says he now agrees with, that was done while you and then NCI Director John Brennan were still in office. So, how can we reconcile the President attacking you, but apparently after a very long time finally, allegedly saying — or saying he allegedly agrees with the product of the intelligence community that you, yourself oversaw?”
Clapper responded: “Yes, well, this is — yes, as we’ve come to know the President, he is not a stalwart for a consistency or coherence. So it’s very hard to explain that. One point I’d like to make, Anderson, that I don’t think has come up very much before, and I’m alluding now to the President’s criticism of President Obama for all that he did or didn’t do before he left office with respect to the Russian meddling. If it weren’t for President Obama, we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set off a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today, notably, special counsel Mueller’s investigation.
“President Obama is responsible for that, and it was he who tasked us to do that intelligence community assessment in the first place. I think it’s an important point when it comes to critiquing President Obama.”

Re: Another FBI and/or Obama "Deep State" screw-up?
Potentially new intents/facts starting to surface. Very interesting.
Russian prof linked to Flynn denies being spy, says she was 'used' to smear general
A Russian-born academic who was at the center of attention in 2017 for past contact with former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn told Fox News in an exclusive interview that she is not a spy for Moscow – and, to the contrary, believes she was “used” to smear Flynn.
"I think there's a high chance that it was coordinated, and I believe it needs to be properly investigated,” Svetlana Lokhova told Fox News.
GOP SENATORS ALERT BARR TO ALLEGATIONS THAT MUELLER TEAM MISREPRESENTED EMAILS
Lokhova entered the political firestorm in early 2017, as Flynn was forced out of the Trump administration over lying about his contact with Ambassador Sergei Kislyak. At the time, Lokhova was contacted by three American media outlets over a four-day period – and was promptly hit with claims in the press and on social media that she was a Russian operative for Moscow.
The allegations involved her contact with Flynn three years prior at a 2014 dinner at the University of Cambridge, England, when Flynn was Defense Intelligence Agency director.
"I'm not a Russian spy and I have never worked for the Russian government," the 38-year old historian and academic said, in an interview first broadcast on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight.” "I believe that General Flynn was targeted and I was used to do it."

EXCLUSIVE: Nunes sending 8 criminal referrals to DOJ covering FISA abuse, misleading Congress
Nunes to send eight criminal referrals to DOJ concerning leaks, conspiracy amid Russia probe
House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes exclusively told Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures" that he is preparing to send eight criminal referrals to the Department of Justice this week concerning alleged misconduct from "Watergate wannabes" during the Trump-Russia investigation, including the leaks of "highly classified material" and conspiracies to lie to Congress and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court.
The dramatic step comes as Republicans have pushed for the release of key documentsto uncover the origins of the now-discredited narrative that the Trump campaign colluded improperly with the Russian government. President Trump recently told Fox News he would release the entirety of the FISA applications used to surveil one of his top aides, and other related documents.
Nunes said he has been working on the referrals for more than two years, and wanted to wait until the confirmation of Attorney General Bill Barr.
"We're prepared this week to notify the attorney general that we're prepared to send those referrals over," Nunes said. "First of all, all of these are classified or sensitive. ... Five of them are what I would call straight up referrals -- so just referrals that name someone and name the specific crimes," Nunes told Maria Bartiromo. "Those crimes are lying to Congress, misleading Congress, leaking classified information. So five of them are those types."
FOX NEWS EXCLUSIVE: INTERNAL FBI TEXTS REVEAL FBI, DOJ SPARRED OVER 'BIAS' IN KEY SOURCE USED TO SURVEIL TRUMP TEAM
It was not immediately clear whom Nunes would specifically refer. Both Democrats and Republicans have said former Trump fixer Michael Cohen is likely to face new charges of lying to Congress in the wake of his recent explosive testimony, which seemed to contradict his previous statements on a variety of matters, including whether he had sought a job in the Trump White House.
last August after claiming on Twitter that his office had "hard evidence" suggesting the FBI leaked information to the press and used the resulting articles to help obtain surveillance warrants. The claim stemmed in part from FBI intelligence analyst Jonathan Moffa’s Friday testimony behind closed doors before the House Judiciary and Oversight committees.
Nunes added: "There are three [referrals] that I think are more complicated. ... So on the first one, is FISA abuse and other matters. We believe there was a conspiracy to lie to the FISA court, mislead the FISA court by numerous individuals that all need to be investigated and looked at that, and we believe the [relevant] statute is the conspiracy statute. The second conspiracy one is involving manipulation of intelligence that also could ensnarl many Americans."
FBI BLAMES 'SYSTEM WIDE SOFTWARE GLITCH' FOR MISSING STRZOK, PAGE TEXTS --- STRZOK'S MUELLER PHONE TOTALLY WIPED
Nunes asserted that "we've had a lot of concerns with the way intelligence was used" during the Trump-Russia probe.
Just nine days before the FBI applied for a FISA warrant to surveil Carter Page, then a Trump campaign aide, bureau officials were battling with a senior Justice Department official who had "continued concerns" about the "possible bias" of a source pivotal to the application, according to internal text messages obtained by Fox News in March.
Redacted versions of FISA documents already released have revealed that the FBI extensively relied on documents produced by Christopher Steele, an anti-Trump British ex-spy working for a firm funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee (DNC), to surveil Trump aide Carter Page. The FISA application did not clearly state that the firm was funded by the Clinton team and DNC.

It's really starting to look like some of these deep state thugs are going to be prosecuted. These traitors should face the stiffest of penalties available for the high crimes and treason they've committed. One can only imagine the sheer panic these treasonous slime balls must be feeling after AG Barr's testimony today.

I hope so. I'd like to see as many as possible go to prison, right up to and including Krooked Killary and obummer. Doubt that'll happen... Of course, the most important thing is to right the ship and hopefully prevent such a thing ever happening again. Every American should want the FBI/DOJ to be righteous, upholding the rule of law, and to not play politics. It's what we should ALL want...anyway.

Re: Another FBI and/or Obama "Deep State" screw-up?
What is different is that Barr was handpicked for his previously stated stance that he would not find the POTUS guilty of obstruction. Kind of puts you “above the law” when you get to pick who your prosecutor is based on whether they are likely to prosecute you.

Bullshit.
Mueller and his team of democrats found nothing on collusion or obstruction, but crafted a document meant to keep the narrative going.

Your second sentence proves the first sentence was also a lie.
But one of the reasons I know you didn’t read every page is because on the other thread you said:
“Thirty hours of testimony from Don McGahn but only a few snippets in the report. I wonder what was said in the other 29 1/2 hours?”
McGahn is mentioned 72 times in the 448 page report. Hardly a few snippets.
But that is just one of the reasons I know.
