Whenever something bad in a game would occur WYHF (when you hire friends) would be posted. He is too loyal to his buddies and won't fire them even if they are under performing. Allow me introduce you Holtz's main man, offensive coordinator Todd Fitch.
Fitch was Holtz's OC at UCONN, ECU, and USF, and he also was on Holtz's staff when Holtz was OC at South Carolina.

Your OC will be Todd Fitch, who has been Holtz's OC at UConn, ECU, and USF. That won't change, Holtz always hires his friends.
