Apparently McClelland went back and deleted the photo. It's no longer on his twitter timeline.

One of the main reasons most of the team is getting stronger is because most of the team is YOUNG after graduating as many kids as we have in the past 2 years. It's harder to NOT get stronger from your sophomore to junior year than it is to get stronger.

FWIW, I agree.

Damon used to post names of players not following the do right laws of Strength and Conditioning . . .

"Attention pro scouts: Please do not ask for information on the following individuals, who do not take part . . .., etc. " Then he would list the names of the players in his doghouse.

I would say there are ALL TYPES of motivation provided in the university athletic weight rooms.
