2008-09 Area University HOME Schedules (La Tech/ULM/LSU)

I've seen promotional schedules with Auburn and Alabama on the same sheet. One thing, you've got the right school listed first.

Thanks. I did that on purpose.

I've said this on another thread ... but if I were the King of Scheduling --

Tech would play at nlulm on Sep 13 (for an extra W at an accessible location) and

Nevada at Tech would be moved to Dec 6 (to enhance student attendance).

Not that I'm complaining. We have an outstanding schedule this year. But for me as a FAN, the changes above would make a really good schedule nearly flawless.

Seen Tech / lsu, lsu / aTm, Saints / Cowboys, Saints / lsu / Cowboys, Saints / lsu, Tech / Grambling / Nw St., Centenary / lsuS, BPCC / lsuS, Centenary / BPCC, Centenary / lsuS / BPCC.
It all about who the people making them are marketing to. (no, we never see nlulm in Shreveport) Multiple schools on one advertising piece...NBD.

So who does ULM play on Oct 18th? Is that North Texas STATE? I thought UNT changed their name to UNT about 20 yrs ago. :laugh::laugh:

Those 3 home games in november won't be good for our attendance since it is during deer season.

Didja know it's also when little boys football is also playing, during deer season?
Didja know these young couples today plan fall weddings in November during deer season?
Didja know ElEssEwe plays home games in November during deer season?
Didja know the high schools play their playoff games in November during deer season?
Didja know everyone can come up with an excuse if they don't want to attend a football game at JAS during deer season?

IMHO, we finally get a decent home schedule and it should behoove us to participate and support.

I'm not a hunter, but I play one on the sidelines, hunting for a good picture.
