As a 1993 Tech grad, I am pleased that Cassetti Brown chose the Bulldogs. I've had the opportunity to cover his games at Leesville High and Dooley is getting a diamond in the rough. Also glad that D'Anthony "Boo" Smith is also doing well at Tech. Hopefully Leesville can send more kids up to Ruston in the future.

Make sure Michael Ford knows that verbal commitments aren't binding...:icon_wink:

Is that big tight end going to be a possible Tech-level recruit next year or do you see him going high BCS-level, Cajun?
And, yeah, Mike Ford is a beast. Door is always open :)
Re: The BleedTechBlue Supplement Thread
I don't think Ford is a possibility. The tight end next year (Will Graves, 6-7, 230) is a possibility. He has some filling out to do and should develop pretty well this season. He has good hands but needs to learn how to dominate opponents. The players next year who will be highly recruited are linebacker Robert Bush (6-0, 190) who can also play safety, and wide receiver Jeron Hamm (6-4, 190). Hamm runs a 4.65 40 right now, but should he get that down to a 4.5 or 4.55, he could get a lot of attention. He has great hands and leaping ability.
A name for the future would be Levander Liggins (5-11, 170). He will be a sophomore this season and will play a lot of receiver this season. He will be the QB next year for Leesville and coach told me he will be a better athlete than Travante Stallworth (Auburn commit). Liggins will also be a big time basketball recruit. He led the team in scoring as a freshman. There is a wealth of major talent in the junior high system so Leesville will be pumping out recruits for several more years.
