Logan's is good, not great. At least it gives us some more options, which is very good.

Does anyone know what's going to replace Sante Fe Cattleman?

Re: Logan's Roadhouse Coming to DAWGTOWN
Went to Scott's Monday night. Got there at 5:30 just before the crowd started pouring in. I got the fillets and one whole catfish, they were excellent and the sides were good too. Only negatives IMO: limited seating, no beer, and zero ambience thanks to all the flourescent lights. FYI: this is not an all-you-can-eat so don't expect it to be like Port-au-Prince.

Wow! The new location is at least three times larger than the WM location. They have to feel good about the limited seating at 5:30. A fish place that doesn't serve beer doing well in Ruston? Imagine that.

I will say there were a couple of groups that took up several tables, but it is amazing for a Monday night.

Is that a local joint or chain?

It is a chain, but the only one in Louisiana. I think the only others are in Utah. This is one of Karl's establishments.

I found it. It's actually spelled differently, "Teri Yaki" Grill. They have 5 locations in Utah.
Here's the Menu. It looks good and healthy.
