Today on Cypress Bayou Reservoir near Benton, LA I watched from about 40 yards as an eagle flew around a few times and then dove down and grabbed a coot right out of the water and then flew away with it in his claws. This was one of the most awesome incidents I've seen in nature.

Seriously, I am not an expert on any 16-18 year old 21st century athlete type without "beholding" the action and getting a clue what type of character they have.
In stead of getting my head full of negative thoughts, I'd prefer to pray (James 5:16) to the Lord He would give our staff the ability to pick out some rock solid kids of good character and a sense of working hard FOR THE TEAM, regardless of "stars" or hype. SERIOUSLY!
