Well, we haven't broken ground yet, and it was reported that Reneau said we had raised $18 million so far so how do you interpret that? Just asking. :D

If the Q4E wasn't going to get kicked off 6 months ago, it shouldn't be started now until Dr Guice becomes President. I believe Dr Reneau is deferring to DG and that's the way it ought to be now.

How about instead of playing the political perception game until July 1st we just START the damned thing?
