That’s a very creative skirting of the issue. In layman’s terms, the constitution doesn't give Congress the ability to do whatever it wants to achieve impeachment. It just says that the element of impeachment resides in the House. Unless you are all for loose interpretation of the constitution so you can twist it however you want.Quote:
