I discussed this with Frisco a week ago. You should read the whole CDC pandemic planning scenarios - each of the models and what they mean.
In clear sentence at the top of the Table it says about the parameters “They are not predictions or estimates of the expected impact of COVID-19.” Which means the CDC has already told you that these values are not for the purpose that you, DeSantis and folks on social media are using them for.
It is misleading to do so.
