I don't think its bricks. The trucks were in the parking lot last night by Alabama Street. Each trailer is loaded with several large irregular shaped wooden crates. Must be the guts of the board. Saw Van de Velde giving the drivers directions this morning.

Passed these trucks yesterday around 6:45 pm heading south on 167 between Dubach and Ruston. Don't know if that helps unless someone knows where the board was being shipped from.

From looking closely at the artist's drawing and the webcam feed with the four columns up, it looks like the west brick wall "wing" section will extend out almost as far as the road. So I don't think the road would have to be moved, but they will either need to do some dirt work to level off the ground between the first column and the road, or the foundation of brick wall could be built on an incline.
