I mentioned this in another thread...
I don't know a single person with or without symptoms of a cold who has not tested positive for China Virus. a 3-5 day cold is what it is.
The masking crap continues to be a joke.
Bullshit!
Viruses mutate. period, end of story. It's what they are. EVERY virus since the beginning of time has gone thru a series of mutations. It's natural to their "life" cycle. Life in quotes because viruses are NOT living organisms, like bacteria is. They do have 4 of the 5 criteria to classify them as "life."
Read an article that revisited the 1918-1920 Spanish Flu pandemic and made the comparisons to the China COVID Virus pandemic of 2019-present. Keep in mind that the influenza viruses are a different beast than the COVID viruses, but as viruses they have more in common than any differences. The take-away as it relates to what Dr. Malone contends is that there were NO VACCINES available or used in 1918-1920 and that virus mutated multiple times, re-emerging as a more contagious and killer version in its third iteration.
Back in the 1980's during the AIDS breakout, caused by the HIV virus, Tulane Medical Research Center discovered/created a vaccine/cure for HIV. But there was no Warp Speed effort and by the time that vaccine made the lumbering rounds through guvmint red tape, HIV had mutated, at least twice, rendering that vaccine ineffective.
In 2013 I contracted a variant of the flu my doctor called the "Congo Flu" since it has its origins in the central Africa country. We had traveled to Ireland and England and sometime, probably on the damn airplane, or at the very crowded London Heathrow Airport I got it. The flu shot (vaccine) given that year did not account for that variant since it is so rare, especially in the US. But it has no effect at all in Central Africa since herd immunity exists, after that flu had killed many thousands back in the 1990's.
BTW, to this day, the very dangerous flu virus that caused the 1918-1920 pandemic still exists, but we all have inherited immunity since our grandparents and great grandparents survived that outbreak and genetically passed on immunity. There are only a handful of basic strains of both the influenza and COVID viruses, and every epidemic/pandemic, such as the Russian Flu, the Hong Kong Flu, the Mexican Pig Flu, etc...and every COVID pandemic are all just variations of the original virus that started those strains. The China Virus is SARS-II, for instance.
In summary, ALL SIDES need to stop the bullshit. They won't because of the money and politics involved, but it would be helpful. In all matters I follow the real science, but unfortunately that is often made difficult given the money/politics BS.
Malone has been on the right side of most of this. I can’t agree with that point though.
The point is that we have a leaky vaccine that isn't preventing disease. Dr. Malone's point is that the "breakthrough" cases are causing the virus to mutate in ways it would not otherwise mutate. And with immune systems compromised by the existing vaccine it makes the Omicron spread more likely and future mutations potentially more deadly.
I would agree that Dr. Malone went overboard calling this a potential "mass extinction event". At least for now.
But the science is clearly against forcing mandated mass vaccination. Targeted vaccination of vulnerable groups and widespread use of therapeutics always has been and still is the right course of action. But that isn't the path governments are trying to take because that won't maximize profits for pharmaceutical companies. FOLLOW THE MONEY!
Who knows what the CDC has unleashed now.

CNN is reporting how well Repub states are doing
CNN LINK
quote:The states are Texas,Arizona, Utah, and Idaho all of which have Republican governors.
These 4 states have fully regained the jobs lost during the pandemic
quote:Of course they don't mention the party of the governors, but anyone into politics knows. Goosey's admiration for democratic Governors failed again...
In comparison, California and New York were at only 70% and 60% of their pre-pandemic employment levels, respectively.
