Re: If you want a thread to die
Today (May 20) in history Charles Lindbergh took off in his plane Spirit of Saint Louis on what would become the first transatlantic solo flight, leaving Long Island May 20, 1927.
Our birthday boy is a rocker, whose name rhymes with his profession, but he's no ordinary "Joe." He'll probably have a party to "Get By With A Little Help From My Friends" to celebrate birthday #70. I never did like his voice though.
On this date in 2014 Louisiana Tech fans awoke to a renewed hope for our baseball program.
Re: If you want a thread to die
And May is:
NATIONAL SAFE BOATING MONTH (I'll celebrate by kayaking on White Rock Creek, stream number 64 for me!! New ones so far in 2014 are Angelina River, Tensas River, Little Maumelle River)
NATIONAL PHYSICAL FITNESS & SPORTS MONTH (I'll celebrate with two obstacle course/mud 5k's in May!!)
MY 39th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY on the 31st.
What is everyone else celebrating this month?
Re: If you want a thread to die
The 30th anniversary of my 29th birthday. I no longer trust anyone under 30.
