I don't think Skip should be fired unless you've got a strong candidate that you've talked to on a very short list. Otherwise you're taking a huge financial gamble.
Now whether or not Skip deserves to be fired is a totally different subject.

Yea, as much as I love Guilly, Richie, DJ, Jacarri, Hunter, Jon, etc., they just haven't done much with the ball after the catch. I don't know if that's Ryan not throwing them open sometimes or if he's always late on the routes (probably the main reason) but they just can't separate after the catch. Hard to generate yards when your route combos only encompass 10 yards and you're getting 2 after the catch.

We're really missing the separation that Myles and Patton provided. Whether its route-running, speed, or otherwise, we don't have it this year.

I feel like Richie is a victim of QB play. He has the speed to get open on the go-route, but its obvious the coaches don't trust him to make the throw (probably rightly so). Having butterfingers isn't helping either.

I really thought Greenwalt would be getting more touches this year. Great hands and a reliable target, but getting YAC was never his style.

Holtz ain't getting fired until the person who hired him wants to let him go.

Only thing Richie is a victim of is not being a good receiver. Maybe he will get a 7th year.

Talent isn't where it was last year, but we don't use our personel wisely, and play calling has been suspect. Plenty of blame to go around, but Holtz is not a good coach. That has been pretty evident.

If we didn't have such a weak schedule that had the few teams that are worse than us Holtz might be fired. Holtz needs to be fired anyways. I am looking forward to the ass-whipping that ULL will give us next year :bigcry:

I've had my reservations, but after this horrible night I am officially joining the "fire holtz" bandwagon.

This crap is not going to get better. The only question is how long will it take before we admit our mistake?
