President Trump

Since Trump taking office in January there have been 25 violations of the no-fly zone around Mar Largo. Nine of those times fighter jets were scrambled to escort the offending plane out of the air space. The pilots face fines and in a couple of cases, suspension of their pilot license. This is clearly a "testing of the water" to see the level of security around Mar Largo. No doubt part of another assassination attempt on Trump. Iran and George Soros are behind all of this. No way could 25 pilots all be ignorant of the no-fly zone and just wander into it. This is calculated and drastic measures are needed.

"Putin has been tapping me along," says Trump.

Well, hello! finally woke up and smelled the coffee! The whole world, sans a few delusional Trumpsters, have been screaming this from the highest hills. Trump has been making a total fool of himself with his off-base view of the Ukrainian situation. This doesn't mean Trump will now do the right thing, but maybe now he'll stop his stupid rhetoric. Or....maybe not. Trump is still all about Trump; he just repeated again for the umpteenth time, "this war would have never started if I had been president." Maybe or maybe not, but what we do know is you, Mr. Trump, was boasting on the campaign trail the war would be over even before inauguration day, and then when that was obviously not happening, Trump said, "I will end this war on day one." Just passed day 100....well?

I don't like having to post negative comments about President Trump. I am a supporter. But I also have my own personal integrity and have to call things the way I see them. Trump has been 100% dead wrong on Putin and the invasion of Ukraine, and on President Z and Ukraine itself. If he comes around to adopting the truth then it will be better late, than never.

You can’t claim integrity with your lips on Z’s ass. Z is as bad as Putin. He’s not one of the good guys just because he happens to be your champion.

Putin has:

invaded a sovereign nation
deliberately targeted civilians without even a pretense of it being collateral damage
threatening to invade other sovereign nations, and will if the world blinks
has murdered his own people, just recently knocked off another under-performing general
has ordered his field commanders to not waste resources trying to help their wounded soldier (gut-wrenching video just released of Russians abandoning wounded comrades, under orders to do so)
his allies are Commie China, North Korea, Iran (list of some nice countries)

President Z has:

Stood firm defending his country against an evil invader
In the first week of the invasion, when Russian troops were in Kyiv and Putin was saying publicly, he would murder Z and his family and all Ukrainian government officials and their families, Z refused an offer to be evacuated and said he was staying.
Z admitted there was corruption in the Ukrainian government and has been cleaning it up; has had numerous officials arrested, their assets seized to recoup some of the money. How many US corrupt government officials have been arrested? Huh? DOGE has already uncovered many $billions in stolen taxpayer funds...no arrests yet.
Ukraine, because of Z, has tried to avoid harming Russian civilians in their attacks, even as Putin continues to murder kindergarteners.

Z = Putin? Really? Only in your evil, twisted mind PawDawg.

The US government is CORRUPT! I know you know that. Z's "corruption," which I doubt because there's no evidence, just hearsay, is totally irrelevant to the matter. And even if Z is as corrupt as some say, we still need to defeat Putin, and right now it is Z and Ukraine who is fighting him.

Back to Trump and his foreign policy...

Trump keeps saying if he had been president the war in Ukraine would never have happened. BS! Putin doesn't give a shit about Trump.

But, if Trump actually believes that. Believes he is so powerful, so influential, let's see him stop the pending war between Pakistan and India. Already China has announced their support for Pakistan, for obvious reasons. But the US, the White House, has been noticeably silent on this. Well, Trump, stop that war before it starts.

There is an international organization the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) that measure the "perceived" corruption of every country. They have a 13-part survey where they score each nation. The information is gathered from news sources, verified, fact checked, questionnaires sent out to banks and other businesses operating in every country, interviews with government officials whose job it is to look for corruption, such as the FBI in the US, and a randomly distributed survey of the general public where people score their own government on corruption. The overall index is weighted such as the public survey has a low weighting but does contribute to the overall score. Each country garners a score between 0 and 100, where 0 means the country is 100% corrupt, and a score of 100 means there is 0% corruption. The higher the score, the better.

The latest published CPI is March 31, 2025, so very recent. A few highlights...

Denmark leads with a score of 90.
Finland is at 87

The US is at 69 (under Biden the US hit its lowest score since the CPI started with a score of 61).

Ukraine is at 36 (in 2019, prior to President Z taking office, Ukraine's score was 17)

At the very bottom with scores below 10 are Sudan, Venezuela, Somalia....all winning nations! :shocked2:

Just read an article on Ukraine's "corruption." Well-researched and well-written, it makes no apologies, excuses for Ukraine and does say there is corruption in Ukraine. Ukraine was once a Soviet block country, where corruption was (is) rampant. Government corruption was "the way business was conducted." I experienced this firsthand when I was in Russia on business, including our trip to Russia in 1997 when we adopted our daughter from a Russian orphanage. I was prepared for the government corruption and had $20,000 in US dollars (cash) on me to pay off every Russian local government thug who came along, including the local police in Borovichi where the orphanage was located. It was "just the way business was conducted."

So, the point is, the Ukrainian government had (has) a culture of corruption. President Z has cleaned up a lot of it, but his whole tenure has been during a time of Russian occupation and war in his country. Z has not had the luxury of peace to focus on cleaning up more corruption. The CPI has doubled from 17 to 36 during his time in office. The writer of the article does not speculate that Z, in a time of peace, can/will continue to raise the score. But just the facts presented leads any fair-minded reader into thinking, yes, he will continue to eliminate corruption.

Z has virtually eliminated ALL corruption at the federal level. The article does point this out. The bulk of the government corruption remaining in Ukraine now resides with provincial and city governments. A good example, which I have mentioned several times, is the city officials in Pokrovsk. Led by the mayor the local officials accepted a grant from Kyiv to build defenses, provide bomb shelters for the people, accumulate supplies like food and water, and other measures. Instead, the mayor and his city council put money in their pockets, spent some of the money adding rooms to their houses...but the mayor did enhance a public park by planting flowers and improving the recreational facilities there.

Z has had corrupt officials arrested, many still in jail, their assets seized. How many American crooks like the Clintons, Obamas, the Bidens, Pelosi, Warner, AOC, etc...have been arrested?

Yay! Yippee! US-Ukraine sign "economic reconstruction" deal. It includes access to minerals, including REM's at a 50/50 deal, and it EXCLUDES any person, organization, and COUNTRY that has supported Russia in Putin's war. THIS IS HUGE!!!

Congrats to all who helped get this deal done.

Same deal they were set to sign in Washington when your hero Z made an ass out of himself (influenced by the democrats he spent the day meeting with just prior) and Trump kicked is corrupt ass out of the Whitehouse...try to keep up.

Just glad this deal got done. But of course, now, Trump needs to get off his ass and help get Putin out of Ukraine. It is true the bulk of the resources (REMs) in play are in Donbas, not so much in Crimea, but President Z and Ukraine in general, like 92% according to a recent poll of Ukrainians, want Crimea back. The war can't end, and mining start for REMs, until the whole war is over.

Trump (the US) needs to play hardball and drag Europe and other allies along for the ride, in enforcing strict sanctions, including stopping all of Putin's commercial vessels carrying his oil, not just his ghost fleet. Crush Russia economically! Turn up the heat! Twist the screws! (and any other saying we can throw in...)

Trump needs to cut the crap about Putin keeping Crimea...that was an obummer gift to Putin, Trump needs to undo that. And Ukraine to NATO needs to at least remain on the table, no stupid statements about it never happening.
