Roll your eyes all you want, but when you have a senior RB that's been the best in the program's history and he can barely go when you get to conference that's just poor planning

this thread has as a rule has been about how special Dixon is and genuine concern about his health. Not sure anyone would disagree that he is a warrior. Coaches have rested him for 2 weeks and I am not sure what the poor planning reference is but .. get Rice win and we can possibly give him a month to recover ( if needed)
Men like Kenneth are the reason college athletes should be paid. What is his major at Tech? Anyone know?
Yeah they should have planned for him to get an ankle sprain in a non contact practice... This wasn't an injury due to him being run into the ground during a game. Was it poor coaching/planning when Carlos broke his fingers in Fall camp picking up a football off the ground, sometimes freak injuries happen.

Did we bring Dixon back too soon? High ankle sprains are notorious for being nagging injuries

First I've heard of a high ankle sprain. I was told it was a minor ligament sprain. MRI didn't reveal anything serious, hence the short absence. High ankle sprains are sometimes misinterpreted, though. A true high ankle sprain like Tevin King a few years ago had him in a walking boot for several weeks and he missed more than a month of action. High ankle sprains depend on severity. Not all are equal. There are such things as very mild high ankle sprains that might make a player day-to-day as opposed to week-to-week.
First I've heard of a high ankle sprain, says the same guy who told us Dixon would pay in Starkville.
He probably wishes he had that whole statement back. He was everywhere on that topic.
That was me, and only thing I had heard, albeit 3rd hand, was H.A.S. so ligament sprain is different?
Either way Holtz has not come across as the kind of coach to win at all costs, he doesn't seem to unnecessarily risk or rush players back and actually appears to care for these young men.
you are idiot on this thread!! come with me, sportsdawg and my grandkids-- HD is awesome Man and great with kids. He is not playing for stats, incredibly ignorant statement-- he came back to be a leader, leaders lead by example and to a player on the team they talk about his leadership... he may have a month to recover after Rice -- he sat out for 2 weeks and came back for one thing : TOO PLAY THE GAME HE LOVES AND LEAD THE TEAM TO A WIN AND CUSA TITLE. yeah, I was shouting. think I need a Blood pressure pill ( not to worry -i.m 125/85 ) But you really need to change your name and start over-- Dixon should not be attached to anything you post! help me out here BBB-- I am red dotting these posts
feel free to red dot me if you disagree with my last post or even the tone of it .. just frustrated that anyone can think hes "playing for only one reason stats" puke post
you get green --- Coach played at ND and been coaching since 1987. hes been head coach for about 195 games and players seem to love him and he creates family atmosphere for them. I personally will not second guess him and believe he has relied on doctors and trainers
