I think a Team Shop is needed in the facility. Something that is available year-round, not just during games. Also the ability to purchase tickets, you don’t have to put the entire ticket office down there.

Nope, Nope, Nope! I hardly ever agree with Camp967, but he is spot on! A total waste of money, time and space. Most importantly space! This thing gets built there, and there goes any future chance of bowling in the stadium and making it possible to travel from side to side. Aesthetically it stinks, as well, IMO. Our SEZ needs some kind of scoreboard. Doesn't have to be fancy but something with the basic stats, down and distance, the clock, and the score would suffice.
