Wow. The impact from the photos is MUCH more than seeing on a webcam! You don't get a feel for how intricate this thing is. I can't wait!!!!!

It looks like the real construction will start soon. By the look of the pictures, the screen seems to be the most simple piece. It looks like the columns, etc. will be more intricate. I do have a question about the screen though. According to the art illustration, there seems to be some type of arc or curve at the top of the big screen. Is this a separate piece? I was just wondering if anyone knew about it. Looks great so far.

Yes there will be an arched top. I imagine they haven't added that yet due to installing the panels (it'll be another obstacle in their way of installation).

I know this is capturion not daktronics, this link has pics of Miss States board construction. They had the video board panels set in place before starting on the cosmetics stuff like the top arc.

BVDV said closest board to ours will be Tulsa's in size . . . but our board will have a much better, newer HD quality pic.

It the artist's rendition it has people walking around in front of the board on a sidewalk. Has anyone asked if they are actually going to use this area to connect the two sides of the stadium?
