I was just wondering how the name of an institution is settled (University of ________ - ______)
UC(-Berkley), -vs- UC-San Diego ......
UA -vs- UAB
UA(Ark) -vs- UA-PB ......

Is it which came first, measurement of some sort, appointed by gov. board???? obvious "flagship")

I've got a feeling it isn't just because the "fan" wants to claim the "title."
It also seems straight forward so long as our state system is concerned, but that seems to be overlooked.
Are there no consequences for ignoring published documents from the governing body?

How many times do you think they told him that he would be on a live mic immediately if they won? Understandable I reckon. Fun watch and NBC did a great job.
