Nah, I kicked the soda habit last year. I was always a Coca-Cola guy before though.

For sale with no specific plans. Owners purchased hotel with intent to flip. Considered new hotel and restaurants, as they have a license to build a Staybridge Inn & Suites. Cleared the property to make it easier to sell. You can buy it for the low, low price of $$$$$$$$$$.

And you can put the Target talk in the same category as Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, a ULM winning season in D1 football, and a full service hotel coming to Ruston any time soon.

Here's an extra tidbit of info:

A full market provider of a consumable service is about to purchase the lot between Portico and Z-Buffet...but don't get too excited. Plus, that location will put it right down the street from it's only true Ruston competitor.

The sign says that so that, when you call to inquire about purchasing it, they can say, "yeah, think of all the stuff you can put here...restaurants, hotels, an office complex, etc."

They even explored student housing and/or condos. Ruston is still a tough sell for restaurant chains, despite the recent shift in alcohol leniency.
