Construction has begun on Tulane's new stadium. It's scheduled to be finished before the 2014 season.

So Tulane's stadium is on the way. ULL's expansion is in the "starting soon" phase. LSU's stadium expansion currently ahead of schedule.

I wonder how the Jewish boosters will feel about having a couple of thousand fans tops in the new multi-multi-million stadium. They'll be there to watch the losers continue to lose.
