yesterday, my mouth and nose agreed that i had eaten by far the best hamburger the company cafeteria had ever made. about an hour later, the rest of my body made a strong argument to the contrary.

Should we blame the matches? Or should we blame the fire? Or the doctors who allowed him to expire?

Re: Comments That Don't Warrant A Thread
So, my cousin (14) is recovering from a bone marrow transplant that was done shortly after her 13th birthday. It's been a year and three months, but she's still very controlled on what she can eat due to some complications with her immune system's recovery. One of the restrictions is that she has a limited amount of time to eat food after it's been cooked which eliminates the option of eating out. A further hinderance to the situation is that is isn't supposed to be in public without a mask because of the germs people carry. Recently, Pizza Hut allowed the family to have a meal out by opening their doors to the family during non-business hours. This is a big deal because it requires the parts she's going to be in to be disinfected, but they went through the trouble so that she could cook and eat her own pizza.
So, +2 for Pizza Hut.

They live in Lecanto, Florida about an hour north of here. I imagine it's somewhere around there.

That's awesome. I hope it was a stuffed crust pizza.

Has anyone ever noticed that women named "Chastity" generally seem to fall into two categories: women for whom the monicker is woefully inappropriate, and women for whom the name is very appropriate, but who sadly appear to have had little choice in the matter?
(For those who have a woman named Chastity about whom they care, please carefully note the "generally" qualifier.)

I've known 3 people named Chasity in my life, and with all three, the "monicker is woefully inappropriate".

Text messaging is a time saver when using short questions or replies. Why do some people keep texting during an important exchange when it would be sooooo much easier just to dial the number and talk?

Fear of intimacy. Texting requires no personal interaction of any kind.

it also allows one to pretend to be listening to one person while actually talking to another.
