We are 20 trillion in debt and the free trade agreements and HB1 visas are destroying American manufacturing and service jobs. I also can't believe anyone thinks illegal immigration is a good idea. Bringing in low skilled cheap labor drives salaries down for hourly and salaried workers.
The 3 things trump will accomplish:
1. Stop illegal immagration including visa overstays.
2. Replace Obamacare
3. Renegotiate our trade deals that will bring costs into line with the trade deficit.
I don't expect trump to shrink the size of government directly but it will drive him crazy as being a business owner so it may shrink by firing the incompetent people. I also have to admit that I am one of the conservatives that is sick of the Rinos running the party, so Trump destroying the establishment makes me smile. the Republican Party can either listen to its base or go the way of the Wigs.
Viva revolution. This is the last chance to bring the USA back from the brink of European socialism.
4. Build a well needed wall at the border with Mexico.

Good riddance.
Either the RINO's are finished, or the entire Republican Party is.

I love the euphemism "suspends" campaign, as if he plans on jumping back in again later. He has quit because he is a loser.
Bush's support will go to Rubio, for the most part. If Kasich gets out, his supporters will switch to Cruz, and Carson's will go to Trump.
Trump is garnering about 33% so far, I believe his support will top out at about 40%. If the Repub race were a two-man deal, Trump would be losing these primaries something close to 60-40%, or maybe 55-45%. Trump needs to hope there continues to be multiple candidates in the race. Bush's "suspension" while personally satisfying to The Donald, will help Rubio and hurt his chances.
On the 'crap side, Uncle Bernie is cooked. Had he been able to slip by in Nevada, he would have still been alive. As it is, except for a few NE states, like Vermont, Bernie won't win another primary, and with the national democrap party stacking the deck in favor of Hillary with the super delegates, this race is over.

That was a given by stopping illegal immigration.
Rubio is a rube for the establishment. The gang of 8 bill is his only accomplishment and he will legalize 11-22 million illegals if elected. For this reason, I will not vote for him period.
Re: 2016 Presidential Campaign
Saw Donald Trump on State of the Union with Jake Tapper. He was surprisingly gracious when talking about Jeb Bush's campaign suspension. He actually came across as authentic, but then he also appears authentic when screeching and calling Bush a loser. Perhaps double authenticity = inauthenticity.

Trump will either win the Republican nomination or he won't, but nothing I've seen so far makes the assumptions you make about his candidacy very believable. At least not believable to me.

You play both sides, and then make a statement challenging my "assumptions." So, what you really mean is "Trump WILL win the Repub nomination." That's fine, if that is what you think will happen, but just say so.
Re: 2016 Presidential Campaign
I wonder how a Trump / Sanders ticket would do. Possible?
Re: 2016 Presidential Campaign
No way Kasich's support goes to Cruz. If Kasich stays in too long, he'll kill Rubio who needs Bush supporters (he already has the Bush deep pockets) and Kasich. Best thing for Cruz is a swift exit for Rubio and Kasich...only way he can beat Trump. Rubio needs a 3 man race for a while. He needs it to be dirty between Cruz and Trump.
Trump is clearly in the driver seat. Lord have mercy.

Trump would never have a socialist as his VP. Never.

Yes he is and I think he will rip Hillary a new one and thereby causing the women vote to leave him. The only issue for Trump is not coming across like a husband berating his wife. But he has to nail "that woman" and her "husband" to the wall.
Re: 2016 Presidential Campaign
Not sure if that's possible since Trump is running to the left of William Jefferson on a number of issues.
We're in a pickle now.

Katich and Carson need to bail asap.
Brokered convention with Cruz getting Supreme Court nomination for handing delegates to Rubio.

He respects Hillary too much to rip her. He's on record calling her great and perfect and such... may seem insincere to turn against her now.
