Only a morally bankrupt person would call that practicing medicine.

The born alive infant would already have rights under this Act:

Don’t be so gullible to fall for weak Republican tricks.
Then why would ANYONE have a problem voting YAY for that bill?
It's like Congress voting on a bill to make murder illegal. There are already laws like that, but hey! I would vote YAY for that bill too.
So...why not vote YAY making it ILLEGAL to murder a baby that has survived the first murder attempt? I'll tell you why, because there is a difference and all you evil, atheists BABY KILLERS know it too.
YOU ARE PURE EVIL!! And someday you'll share a vat of boiling sulfur with Hitler. I'm sure your good buddy will high five ya for the whole murdering baby thingy.
It's about "women's health" which = convenience.
Women's health? Really? The baby is OUTSIDE the womb, already separated from the woman. That woman is at no more risk, at that point, than you or I would be. But, I know you know that. And really, the EVIL BABY KILLERS know it too.
An ob-gyn was on TV...yes, FOX...a 30-year veteran of providing healthcare to pregnant women, delivering babies, etc...he laughed at the silly notion that women are at some real risk of dying due to their pregnancy. He said after the 7th month both the child and the mother have a 99.9998% chance of survival, even if there was a medical issue of some kind. He said with modern medical science, the technology/equipment, the experience of the staff, that even in the worst scenarios...the mother hemorrhaging or something...they detect it and deal with it.
In the USA, the most recent 12 months ending with January 31, 2019, there were 20 deaths (women) in every 100,000 pregnancies/births. That's .0002%. On average, in 2 of the cases it was a mistake by the medical team, and in the other 18 cases it was a medical issue...irregular heart beat, for instance...already present in the woman. The pregnancy did not cause the problem but it did put added pressure on the woman's vitals.
Then that law is totally ineffective. When the sitting governor of Virginia can get away with sitting in front of a camera and openly stating that he supports allowing the murder of an innocent child, then we need a NEW law. We need a new law that will prevent scumbags like him from getting away with murder.
What we're talking about is pure evil Guisslapp. You need to get right on this issue, man. Don't defend such barbarism. It's indefensible, and it is wrong to the core.
