From what I can tell, there is 0% unemployment, or as near it as one can get, in the areas controlled by IS. Job programs will be nothing but a waste of taxpayer money going to line the pockets of terrorist...again.
Now the people coming from Europe, United States, Canada, etc., a jobs program can work there. Except, you know, there already is a jobs program. Education, too. So, what is the common failure that are driving people to these assholes? The constant battering from the left that they aren't good enough for anything without 100% government intervention?

Rudy isn't running for President. But he would have gained votes if he was. Listen, the libs/dems will always hate what Rudy stated because he stated the truth.
However, Independents, Conservatives, college age adults and yes the Tea Party types love and desire the truth and somebody with balls to state it publicly.
