Got to think Paul Turner would have a hand in helping to make that happen.

I understand he graduated in 3 years, which would mean he could transfer and be immediately eligible for whoever he transfers to and have 2 years of eligibility. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Jabbar Juluke and Mickey McCarty are long-time frenemies as well.
Update: Neville High School posted a pic of Diarse to Instagram with the caption "La Tech???" (but I hear he has "ties" to TCU, so...)
Re: And your 2016 Bulldog QB is?
He would be a brother to Paul Turner LSU Transfer.

Dangit I made this joke in another thread before I saw you beat me to it.
Re: And your 2016 Bulldog QB is?

He's a WR. Played QB in high school. But he's a WR, at LSU and in Ruston, if he comes.

That's what I thought. This thread made me wonder if he is transferring to play QB somewhere. Sounds like a good athlete. Hope he makes his way to Ruston.

John Diarse from Neville. He played QB in high school but receiver at lsu. He has graduated in three years from lsu and has 2 years remaining.
His younger brother is Josh will be a senior at Neville next year.
Not sure where the Paul Turner references come from other than P.T. was also a high school QB and played at lsu out of high school

KTBS Sports, television station in Shreveport, just did a story on this at the 6:25 pm sports. LSU announced he's leaving. Sportscaster said he may be going to TCU. I hope they're wrong and he goes to Tech.

Sorry guys...maybe I missed something. Serious question: Diarse only had 13 catches for 137 yards all season. Why is this such a big story?

Girlfriend.
I wonder what degree he earned at LSU. Looks like he graduated from their College of Human Sciences & Education--I was thinking maybe the Kinesiology School, but don't know. He's obviously a serious student, finishing high school early and earning his degree in 3 years while playing football. The graduate program that interests him may be a big determining factor. Then again, never underestimate young "love." :icon_razz:
