Louisiana Tech dips into Arkansas for PG signee - BleedTechBlue

I've got a question about geography concerning JFord's thread title - Louisiana Tech dips into Arkansas for PG signee.

Like most of you, in relation to Ruston, I think of Arkansas as being up and south Louisiana being down. Can you dip north into Arkansas?

hahaha, just credit that to a rookie mistake.

If you're standing on the southern shore of a lake and need to get water out of that lake (to your north), you'd still "dip" it out right?

Mainland China and the Soviet Union started allowing emigration in the late 80's and early 90's. U.S. universities began contracting some of the premier scientists when this happened. Universities here also started populating their science/engineering graduate programs with many Chinese, Russian, and Eastern European, students. Universities had (and still have) trouble finding adequately prepared native born applicants who are interested in their programs.
