I am SHOCKED that such an openminded independent libertarian would already be prejudging the defense. SHOCKED!
Or are your claims about what you are a big pile of nothingness?

Guess you would really be pissed off if jurors didn't see things your way counselor.. So if John Durham ends up handing down indictments related to his investigations would you think it was credible or dismiss them as politically motivated? Durham has a reputation of being straight shooter.
Based on the way the House Republicans handled the indictment and how the Senate Republican leaders have previously declared that they could not be impartial, I am not really counting on them to do their constitutional duty. Maybe they surprise me.
But consider this - if they don’t remove Trump, you know that no president will ever comply with subpoenas in a Congressional oversight investigation ever again. That will impact the balance of power forever. It will be awfully short-sighted of Senate Republicans to let this happen.
As to Durham, I hope he does hand out indictments if he is probable cause that someone committed a crime.
 Goosey never fails to make me laugh. I don't know if he is really this stupid or is just pretending to be just so the rest of us can get a daily chuckle. But either way, thanks!
Every senator I've heard says that this fiasco should be over on Monday. I would like to have heard from Hunter Biden, but, Lindsey Graham said yesterday that he plans to bring him before the Senate. I would also think that Durham will question him. Ken Vogel, who works for the NYT, said that this corruption runs much deeper than we think. I've got to get Peter Sweitzer's book and read it.
Yes, I plan to get Sweitzer's book too. He's gonna be on Levin's show Sunday night.
There is NO DOUBT the Bidens are steep in corruption. But I must caution everyone...while it might not be fair, it is true people "with influence" often reap benefits that elude the average person. For instance...let's say XYZ Company of Taiwan hires the son of a prominent politician and pays him some huge salary. Now, perhaps XYZ is HOPING to reap some benefit from the connection, but that doesn't mean they will, or did. Now, I know what you're thinking: "yeah, right!" But it is not a crime for a company to make a bad hiring decision.
That said, in the case of the Bidens....and others! Keep in mind the dirty dealings of Pelosi and Dirty Harry Reid and others whose families benefited to the tune of $millions...and probably some Repubs too. I just don't know of any. But, it wouldn't surprise me. Be they (D) or (R) they all use their influence in some measure for personal gain.
Joe Biden's brother, James, I think is his name, was hired as a VP for a construction firm...he has ZERO knowledge/experience in construction...and that company got a $100 million contract to build houses in Iraq. That money was US taxpayer money. Joe was VP of the US at the time....draw your own conclusions.
Interesting that FoxNews is playing the defense. But not the case against Trump. Shameful.
So today we heard no response from the WH on the thrust of the House’s case on the pressure campaign and quid pro quo - what Rudy was up to representing Trump personally to negotiate a public statement about Burisma and elections...
Maybe Monday...
I get that Graham wants to end this charade, but part of me can't help but wonder if Joe and Hunter were forced to answer questions how many dead bodies of Republicans would be uncovered as a part of this. I think many "old time" politicians on both sides have dirt on opposing members. Their version of mutually assured destruction. Ending this quickly and then having it die like everything else does in some special congressional committee investigation bothers me. I say shine the light on the whole thing.. whomever gets caught in corruption including bureaucrats regardless of party gets taken down.
Anyone surprised FoxNews is not showing the House Managers rebuttal right now?
