I think a civil engineer should operate the train because they are nice to other people while they drive the train. An electrical engineer probobly couldn't figure out how to turn on our steam locomotive, and why do we even have biomedical engineers - what does biology or medicine have to do with driving trains.

Even steam locomotives run something that is electrical.
The biomedical engineers have to keep the other engineers running in order for them to keep the trains running.
