That's probably the best option. Better yet, go to Tech Farm Sales Store.

I take it from previous posts that the Tech dairy is still in operation? If so, do they sell to the general public? If so, info would be helpful. Website?

FYI-I had a heart echo test done today and I saw where I had a heart . . . it's sunk all the way to my belt.

My son is graduating Thursday and I want to take the whole group coming in from Texas out to eat. I don't want to flip back through 58 pages, but is there now a nice restaurant in Ruston? I know all the ones that have been around a while. Looking for something a little more upscale. Does Squire Creek require a membership to dine? What are the prices like there? I didn't want to drive to Monroe, so give me some ideas on a little more elegant atmosphere in Ruston - even a nice B&B type place...... I love Ponchatoulas, but wanted something a little more upscale.

Bistro is probably most upscale atmosphere and has good food but pricier of course.

I'm pretty sure Squire Creek requires a membership otherwise that would be the place to go.

Thanks! I thought about 102 Bistro, but haven't tried it yet. Might be packed after graduation. I will see if they take reservations.

I have only heard good things about it. I am a little worried about the crowd right after graduation. Need to get a definite count on people and will then make reservations.

Yeah, it will probably be popular place to dine for graduation.

Yes it will be very crowded but they do take reservations. Also Raw is really good for sushi but they also have other stuff that is good as well.

You can always call Squire Creek and ask about possibilities. They are always renting out for wedding receptions, etc.
