For all the scanner knows, a buddy passed you his ticket after entering. They did their job. No reason to complain IF the fault lies with the customer.

I do not know the facts on this case so I stress the IF. There are a whole lot of reasons why they need to be this strict with measuring the coming and going of the crowd and only part of it is ticket sales.

I understand what you are saying, but don't you think this is something they should inform the customer ahead of time and not after the fact.

Not on the tickets bought through ticketmaster nor season tickets.

Though I find it hard to believe it isn't on ticketmaster tickets. That's pretty standard ticket policy. Are you sure it's not even in some fine print?

Yes.

The only thing remotely similar is that the ticket can be revoked if you don't comply with the terms, of which not leaving isn't one of them.

Here are the attendance figures for the Homecoming games since 2006.

2006: 19,231 (Idaho)
2007: 18,211 (NM State)
2008: 20,300 (Fresno State)
2009: 20,773 (NM State)
2010: 19,750 (Idaho)
2011: 19,642 (SJ State)
2012: 23,645 (UTSA)

Louisiana Tech typically doesn't have crowds this large this late in the year.

Well....could be the Utah State game in two weeks will be a biggie! :shocked2: Need some folks to show up for that one.
