I'm so sick and tired of reading all these posts that speak up USM as if they are some sort of powerhouse. For crying out loud, they went 1-11 in 2013, 3-9 in 2014, and 6-6 this year. For some reason our players haven't handled the rivalry hype very well over the past two years and have played their worst two games of 2015-2016 against USM. USM is nothing.... They didn't force those interception. Anyone with eyeballs in there head could see that Higgins played his worst game of the year. Injury or not, that is what cost us the game (he was overthrowing everyone). That said, the guy is human. Shit happens. We simply lost the game. Credit to USM for capitalizing on Tech's mistakes. As far as I'm concerned, that's all they did. Meanwhile, USM lost to UTSA and UNT (two teams that Tech blew out). I'm not ready to bow down to those A-holes when their only solid conference wins were against our worst performances. It just stings that it happened two years in a row.

Higgins didn't cost us that game.

Kentucky too. They beat the 2 toughest teams on their schedule (other than LSU) and lost to the scrums. A whole season of wtf games?
