#25 CFP. This is the only poll that ESPN uses.

My bad. The link I pulled up only went to 10 on the CFP which, I believe, indicates the significance of 11-25. Where is Temple ranked?

#24. Western Michigan got the Cotton Bowl bid at #15.
Re: Armed Forces Bowl It Is
This game is one year too late. Think of the players competing for the career touchdown record in their last college game against each other.
Re: Armed Forces Bowl It Is
No one should have much to complain about as far as the bowl game goes. It's in the location that the majority wanted and against a top 25 team. Kudos to whomever made that happen.
Re: Armed Forces Bowl It Is
Does anybody know if somebody (alumni association???) is doing a charter bus package from Ruston or Shreveport? I'll be in Shreveport that week visiting family for the holidays and I'm making plans to go now. If there is going to be a bus/shuttle situation though, I am very interested in getting in with this as it will make things for me a little easier.

My thoughts as well. I was also wondering if the hotel will be doing a fan discount at the team hotel like the one in New Orleans last year.
Re: Armed Forces Bowl It Is
So how did we end up in this bowl? -- it's not one of the CUSA bowls on the list. Seems like something of a promotion compared to most of the CUSA bowls. Did the bowl choose us from whatever teams were available?
Not complaining, just curious.
Re: Armed Forces Bowl It Is
Just curious, how will 7 C-USA teams in bowls benefit the Bulldogs financialy?

Since all payouts go to the conference for distribution to the schools, it is to the benefit of everyone to get as many schools drawing payouts as possible.
