In any company there are PRODUCERS, and there are "hangers on". These 10 coaching hires in college football are nothing more than "hangers-on". Their input will make absolutely no difference in how their football programs perform in the 2018 season. This is nothing more than senseless "Empire Building" by head coaches. Nick Saban started it, because he knows other schools can't keep up.
