Indeed, long drives like that are way worse on a D than an O. And like the talking heads have been saying, without a lot of pad practice, conditioning could be rough so giving D long rest isn't necessarily the worst thing.

For the most part, a great looking drive to start the season. AND, I agree. Allen looks real good right now. He's throwing very quick, crisp passes away from the defense.

Looks like Henderson got winded toward the end of that drive. He wan't even on the field for the 3rd down TD. We'll probably see a lot of guys get very tired tonight.

The app just updated for the first quarter. Would be nice if they can make it flow with the game.

Man, it sure is nice to watch football. Solid start for Tech.
