He does, but he was adjusting and improving throughout a very frustrating night. just when he was getting it together, he got a ticky-tack foul after being hammered all night. The kid seems to learn from and own his mistakes. I don’t expect he will make that one again.

Yeah...he was getting hit in a lot of the double-teams and rarely got a call. Even then, he did some things a lot of players can't do. He had some amazing passes last night.

that bounce pass to Crawford into the opposite low post was amazing!
Re: 3/11: Quarterfinal vs. FAU
I never did understand how Lofton drew 2 fouls on one play, which put him at 5 and out of the game? Does anyone know the basis of the officials' call for that? Seemed very weird.
Re: Crawford Powers Bulldogs to Semifinals
Very proud of the Dogs' performance last night. Our team showed a lot of heart in this one. It was a knife fight all the way, and the good guys won. Congrats Bulldogs!!

A technical counts as a personal foul. BS 4th personal and he apparently said something drawing a technical. Boom, boom, gone

Crawford ended up scoring 15 of the team's final 17 points of the game, ultimately finishing with a team-high 21 to go along with nine rebounds.
"Isaiah was huge," said Konkol. "He was a monster in the second half. We were trying to get him touches, trying to put him in positions where he could use his size and strength. And when he got fouled, he made the free throws down the stretch."
This is called LEADERSHIP!

Thanks. It looked fishy.

He does EVERYTHING well
I thought it was telling that the announcers kept saying "Crawford on a 6 footer, that's a great mismatch for the Bulldogs" and then "Crawford on a 7 footer, that's a great mismatch for the Bulldogs!"
Re: 3/11: Quarterfinal vs. FAU
I had looked down at my phone (I was pulling up the Fight Song on Spotify to play in celebration of the win I think) and only caught the end of the post game dust up. What happened there? I saw someone on our team being more or less dragged off the court by teammates but the only commentary was "it's smart to get him out of there."
Re: 3/11: Quarterfinal vs. FAU
One of our players knows one of the FAU tennis players from overseas and the guy on the FAU basketball team likes the FAU tennis girl
so he is jealous that our player met here while overseas at a basketball event and carried on a long term relationship...while the FAU basketball guy could get no where with her.
Dawgs win again

Wow! That's not at all what I expected to hear back.
Crazy.
