well done..I would agree with that list.
Re: Denver Post reporting BYU likely to stay in MWC
Do any of you live in the DFW Metroplex? UNT is most definitely a commuter school. There is ZERO brand loyalty at that place. They do not capture anything out of Dallas. Get a copy of the Dallas Morning News. LA Tech gets more respect from the average sports fan in Dallas.

Hope you don't end up with a stomach ache. Not a flame, just facts. Tech has the smallest budget, smallest market and worst location of any of the FBS schools that you named.
Re: Denver Post reporting BYU likely to stay in MWC
I like how this might play out for Tech...(1) still need the MWC or Big 12 to knock off some CUSA teams (Houston &/or UTEP); (2) then hopefully CUSA will invite us. I have to think that Houston is in a sweet spot having both Big 12 & MWC possibly bidding for them. To be honest, I'd like to see both UTEP & Houston go to the Big 12 creating an all Texas South division sending OK & OSU to the North division, but the Big 12 doesn't seem to be too concerned or active in creating a 12 team league.

this isn't true...Memphis women's basketball plays at the 2,500 seat Elma Roane Field House

Memphis built a 750 seat multi million dollar softball park:

Which of the schools in that list will be first choice for a college football recruit. You want to compare NFL pedigrees among that list?

When the whole Big12-2 thing went down, the commissioner said they would not expand in states where they already have teams. That could always change I suppose.

Presidents make the call, recruits don't and we as internet posters don't. They will look at the pluses and minuses of all candidates and then make their decision.
