Fascist Echo Similar Warnings Against Reagan...

Democrats call every Republican candidate a fascist. The difference this time is Republicans, Libertarians and Independents are also calling this guy a fascist. For crying out loud Tyler, he wants to trash the first amendment. This isn't like a football team you need to be loyal to. Just because they have an (R) by their name doesn't mean they should be supported.
I support and voted for Cruz! But against Hillary and Bill, Biden or Sanders I would vote for Trump all day long and every Sunday if he was my only choice. And I sure as hell wouldn't split the conservative vote with a 3rd party vote putting Hillary and Bill back in office.
How are we defining "facsism"?
Fascism is a political system whereby there is one party and a single person in charge of the party. Like Hitler and Mussolini were, and General Gerlisimo Francisco Franco in Spain....who is still dead.
There is no, and really, will NEVER be fascism in America.
Now, Hitler was also a socialist (an economic system). We are more in danger of going down that dangerous path then a fascist one.
BTW, every leader of the Soviet Union, Stalin, etc. were also fascists. There was only one party allowed, the Communist Party, and while they had a ruling body, the Politburo, in reality, it had better not NOT agree with the "president" too much, else members would find themselves in a labor camp in Siberia.
The lamestream media will gladly be the mouth piece for the democraps, and will spout all kinds of nonsense. The vast unwashed masses of the low-information crowd (i.e. 'crap voters) will lap it up like the dogs they are, because they are ignorant. Don't YOU be ignorant too.
Germany wasn't fascist when Hitler took over. That wasn't a reason for people not to be concerned.
BTW you can already see Trump pivoting now that the bulk of the South has voted. He will say whatever he thinks needs to be said to get himself elected.
Populism - empathising with the public, (usually through rhetoric or "unrealistic" proposals) in order to increase appeal across the political spectrum (cf. demagogy). [source Wikipedia]
Fascism - a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition [Source:'Merriam-Webster]
Trump is clearly a populist. He is lying to get elected. It remains to be seen how dictatorial he will be. He doesn't appear to handle dissent well.
I would say both.
I will say that I have seen nothing to make me think Trump is a Hitler. I think Trump is a liar. I think he would like to be authoritatian. But, he is not Hitler.
Every now and then I like to say that the one thing, and the one thing only, I like about Trump is his attack on political correctness. It doesn't matter how bad things get, but if we can talk about it freely, it can be overcome. I think political correctness is the biggest threat to our freedom. Period.
Actually, I would have to disagree with you. You do not have a right to say certain things in the PC culture anymore. Certain things you say can get you hit with terrorism charges, hate crime charges, bullying charges, slander/libel charges, etc. More and more, you have a "right" to say what you want, but it can and will be used against you in the court of law...
