The everything and the kitchen sink approach doesn't work. There was nothing inherently wrong with the Republican's proposal.
Needs to reform policing in general and do more than try to remove bad applies. Reform qualified immunity, demilitarize police, and have stricter standards around the use of force. That should be at the heart of it in addition to the national misconduct registry.
What is "reform policing"? "Reform qualified immunity"? "Demilitarize police"? "stricter standards around the use of force" ?

John Kerry is promising a revolution if Trump is reelected. There ya go, can't accept the results of an election, and that endangers our democracy. Or, that is what Krooked Killary said prior to the 2016 results when she was so certain she would win. Then immediately afterwards she and obummerites started their plot to overturn a duly elected POTUS.
But, Kerry is not interested in silly hoax plots with fake dossiers. Nope! he wants blood in the streets.
So Minneapolis City Council votes unanimously to defund and disband the police.. City council gets threats.. City Council hires private security with taxpayer dollars to protect them.. already spent 63K in two weeks. Irony much??
