I think the Spirit of 88 statue will be inside one of the entrances coming out to the south end zone itself...I want to say it's the west entrance onto the playing field, since that side will have the locker room.

Someone could built an apparatus to carry the Spirit of 88 statue in front of the football team next season in the same way the Israelites used to carry the Ark of the Covenant into battle.

Dont quite understand the placement; however, I do hope that the statue is visible and accessible to the fans. I have many pictures of us standing next to it after games.
