James Collier (sp?), Former UL System President and Excecutive Director of the Taylor Foundation (TOPS) representing himself and Phyllis Taylor (founder of TOPS), speaks in support of the merger.
He supported the merger in 1994 and supports it again.
This merger will save costs.
The state can't afford to make LSUS a research university.
