You got one part right, it is because we are THE Tech.

What you see in th stands right now is about what our band would be like if it weren't required for instrumental music majors to be in it and people didn't get an easy out-of-state waiver. Calling people out hasn't worked for us. Big schools have bigger student body that are committed and invested in their big university. As lofty as we here hold Tech, too many of our student body don't give a damn about Tech. It is just a cheap means to an end. LSU, Arkansas, Texas, Ole Miss, etc. will always be #1 to them.

There are possibilities for some great changes to happen with Robken retiring, but it is up to Guice to do anything.
