Do you mean stop all donations, or don’t allow donations to count as tax write off? So would there be no more foundations? Sorry if stupid questions. I just don’t know anything about how they work.

What has caught up with mid-majors on the NIL arena is . . . if you don't have your corporate donations locked up for the future, some may slip through the cracks to direct payment to an athlete. Wonder what discussions have gone on in Learfield meeting with their collegiate partners at this level.
Better hold our horses. The NIL task force report is supposed to come out this week. And I hope the retroactive sanctions these articles mention are imposed.
