Agreed. I have a suspicion that this may be right around the corner.

Do you mean stop all donations, or don’t allow donations to count as tax write off? So would there be no more foundations? Sorry if stupid questions. I just don’t know anything about how they work.

Any donations that are quasi "seat licenses" or "NIL fronts aka pay for play" -

That's how you stop it -

If a seat is $500 have the schools charge $500 not $200 and you have to give X annually to the AF to have the right to purchase said seats -

What has caught up with mid-majors on the NIL arena is . . . if you don't have your corporate donations locked up for the future, some may slip through the cracks to direct payment to an athlete. Wonder what discussions have gone on in Learfield meeting with their collegiate partners at this level.

At EllAye Tech, we don't have a Learfield person. I'm pretty sure our "partners" don't understand how bad things are. If they tuned in to a "production" from Learfield they might be embarrassed, but probably not.
