While I have never purchased on from them, I have read nothing but positive reviews from everyone who has, and would not hesitate to buy one of I were in the market. Here is a link:

I've been saving up bass pro giftcards, hopefully I'll have enough to nab a S&W 642 snub .38 soon. I handled and shot one recently and thought it was nice enough to buy. They are easy to get in your pocket and they can fire through a pocket or purse without malfunctioning.
As far as safes go, for about 100 bucks you can get a winchester pistol safe with the 4 finger button combo. The best way to keep kids from shooting themselves is to teach them properly.
Take an old cantaloupe and the kids to the range someday and tell them "now this is what would happen to your head!"

A buddy of mine bought one last spring and he loves it. Prepare yourself though...it's not exactly a comfortable shoot. I still can't believe folks shoot .357 out of a snub nose that weighs about the same as the 642.

I shot one and enjoyed it. It's not that bad after shooting my bro's 44 magnum - now that is a wrist-breaker.
Re: Dogtor Evil's Gun Thread
I've tried my buddy's 454 Casull handgun for a few rounds. That was fairly awesome! I shoot a 357 snub and regular cop-length with regularity and don't find the recoil all that bad.

One day I want to go out to a range with a truckload of water melon and my calipers and measure the exit hole diameters of various brands (and calibers) of ammunition at different distances. I've always wanted to do that.

But you're the sausage king...you can't expect me to measure up to that level of manliness. My little P32 gives me real sore palms after 50 rounds or so.

Notice I said a FEW rounds:icon_wink:.
Re: Dogtor Evil's Gun Thread
Can soemone just give me a good basic build (upper and lower) (and why it's a good build) so that I can have a comfort level with what I'm ordering?

Finally got my dream shotgun - Benelli Super Black eagle II!!!!
I have never had a shotgun that would shoot 3.5" shells so I need advice on dove shells.
And please comment on this also: Someone told me the other day that sometimes you don't want to shoot certain game with 3.5" shells? It seems like it would always be better to have more shot out there.
Re: Dogtor Evil's Gun Thread
You don't want to shoot any game that you need your right shoulder to fielddress with 3.5's.
Re: Dogtor Evil's Gun Thread
I have not shot it yet so I guess I didn't really think about that.
What shells for what game then?

In the spirit of full disclosure, I've only shot 3.5's out of an 870. I've got an M2 and I've literally never had trouble feeding anything from the cheapest target loads and up. Of course, it's only a 3 inch chamber.

Just got one this year myself. The 3.5's are good for ducks/geese only. Just shoot the 2 3/4's for all else. I like #7's for dove, #4 for squirrels, steel #2's and #4's for ducks, T's or B"s for geese, and 3.5- 00 Buckshot for home invaders.
