Ryan Allen also has 20 punts downed inside the 20. 10 each for the other players.

Allen has had 14 punts fair caught. Cowan (Udaho) 12. Bennett (USU) 1.

Cowan has had 22 punts of 50+ yards. Allen has 14. Bennett has 7.

If they just pick the biggest average, then they are lazy. Any of the 3 would be good choices, I just hope that they look harder than the first column.

Exactly. You don't judge a QB just by # of touchdowns thrown, or a DL/LB by sacks. It's a total package deal.
